Your Levy Includes:

Costumes (for you to keep)- supplied/ organised by Petite B dance studio
Coordination and supervision by Petite B Dance Studio staff/ Volunteers throughout your child’s concert experience
Dancers Audience ticket
Medal/Trophy at Presentation
Professional video recording of your child’s concert (supplied via digital streaming/download link).
1 x printed program (shared between dancing siblings)

Other Costs (Not included):

Audience tickets (bookings will open end November), shoes/tights/undergarments, hair & makeup supplies.

Payment of your levy:

Payments must be made by Saturday 18th October 2025.

Payments can be made via CASH or Direct Deposit

*Please be aware that once you agree to participate, but submitting this form with a YES, your child's costume will be purchased and costumes are non refundable.

Performing in the concert is a team commitment and involves a lot of hard work to put together.

Teachers work endless hours choreographing, sourcing & editing music, finding appropriate costumes etc.

Therefore class attendance during term 4 is essential to ensure it all comes together, Whilst we cannot avoid illness and injury, please avoid missing any classes for any other reason. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
